Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Independently of that right, SQUATRAT voluntarily extends the return period to 30 days after delivery. No reason is required. The voluntary extension does not replace or restrict the statutory right.

The unused and resaleable-condition requirement applies only to the voluntary part of the return period after the statutory withdrawal period has ended. During the statutory period, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Use the form below with the order reference and order email, select the items and quantities, and pack them securely. For an order originally delivered to an address in Germany, we provide a prepaid DHL return label.

For an order originally delivered outside Germany, you arrange and pay the direct return-shipping cost yourself. Use a trackable service and retain the dispatch receipt. This allocation of costs applies to ordinary withdrawal and voluntary returns; necessary return costs for a justified statutory defect claim are borne by us.

For a complete statutory withdrawal, we refund the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery. The statutory refund is made no later than 14 days after the withdrawal declaration, but may be withheld until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of dispatch. The original payment method is used unless another method is expressly agreed.

Voluntary returns after the statutory withdrawal period are refund-only; we do not offer a voluntary exchange. Their refund is processed to the original payment method as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the returned goods are received.

After the 30-day window, contact support if you need help or believe an item is defective. We will assess the case, but a return after 30 days is not guaranteed. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

If goods are defective, the statutory remedies apply. You may initially request repair or replacement; the seller bears the necessary transport, labour, and material costs. The chosen remedy may be refused only where the statutory requirements permit it. If proper cure is refused, impossible, or unsuccessful, the statutory requirements may allow a price reduction, withdrawal from the purchase, or damages.

Normal wear consistent with the type and intensity of use is generally not a defect. Premature damage or deterioration may still be a defect and will be assessed individually. Contact support with the order reference, a description, and clear photos.
