New goods carry at least two years of statutory protection if they are faulty. These rights apply against the seller and independently of any voluntary guarantee.

What to do if something is faulty
Contact us with the order reference, a description of the fault, and clear photos. You may initially choose repair or replacement. We bear the necessary transport, labour, and material costs. If cure is lawfully refused, impossible, or unsuccessful, the statutory conditions may allow a price reduction, withdrawal from the purchase, or damages.
