Use this function to withdraw from an entire contract or selected items. No reason is required. After confirmation, we immediately email the content, date and time of your withdrawal.
The withdrawal declaration and the physical return are separate steps. For orders originally delivered to Germany, the returns page provides a free return label. For delivery addresses outside Germany, you bear the direct return cost. Necessary costs of a justified defect claim remain unaffected.
